Nirmal Jain brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having spent a large part of his career with Axis Max Life Insurance, where he progressed from an AADM to Senior Managing Partner (Vice President) through consistent performance and leadership. Over the years, he has helped thousands of individuals and families understand the importance of financial protection, retirement planning, and long-term wealth security. At NavNirvana IMF Pvt. Ltd., Nirmal focuses on helping clients make informed financial decisions through honest advice and need-based solutions. His approach is simple understand the client’s goals first, and then recommend protection and financial strategies that truly support their family’s future. Through experience, trust, and long-term relationships, he remains deeply committed to guiding clients toward financial security with confidence.
Mandvi Sharma began her journey in financial services in 2012 with HDFC Bank, where she developed a strong understanding of customer service and financial responsibility. She later worked with Max Life Insurance, gaining experience in helping individuals and families plan for financial protection and long-term security. At NavNirvana IMF Pvt. Ltd., Mandvi is committed to ensuring that every client receives honest guidance, thoughtful support, and solutions that truly match their needs. As Director-HR & Administration, she focuses on building a team that puts customers first and works with integrity, trust, and long-term relationships at the heart of every interaction.
